A sophisticated new clinic
The Skin & Cancer Foundation Victoria, a leading provider of
specialist treatment for skin disorders, needed a modern
purpose-built facility with operating theatres and radiography
facilities, plus additional space for consulting rooms, research
work and training. ISIS gained a thorough understanding of the
Foundation’s business and became a trusted advisor, putting forward
alternative construction solutions to get the best possible
outcome.
A seamless transition
The project involved the refurbishment and fitout of a 1920s
saw-tooth warehouse. The transition to the new facility had to be
seamless, with no interruptions to patient care. To facilitate
this, ISIS maintained a site presence during and after the
relocation. Extensive planning went into making sure connections in
the new facility were sound and anomalies were rectified straight
away.
