Creating a positive donor experience
As a community service, the Australian Red Cross Blood Service
(ARCBS) strives to create a positive donor experience. ARCBS
recognised the need to extend the experience to its physical
surrounds, with an upgrade of donor centres around the country.
ISIS was engaged on a lump sum basis to complete the fitout of the
ARCBS Nepean Centre. The successful delivery of this project has
led to an ongoing relationship between ISIS and ARCBS.
