A timely office fitout
The nine-level Bishops See tower was the first commercial
building in Perth to be awarded a 5 Star Green Star rating. Wilson
Parking wanted a $1.5 million fitout that would comply with the
building’s sustainability requirements. To achieve its objectives
the client needed a principal contractor who would complete the
works on budget and within a very tight timeframe.
Defect-free
ISIS incorporated elements such as energy efficient lighting,
plants and eco-boards to comply with the building’s Green Star
requirements. Thanks to ISIS’ comprehensive inspection process, the
project was handed over virtually defect free and staff moved in
two days after completion. The client was delighted with the
finished result, particularly its timely delivery and high
standards of workmanship.
