Green, high prestige head office in eight weeks
As co-owner and principal occupier of Brisbane’s new green
office building, CDOP4, Sunsuper required a 3800sqm fitout that
matched the building’s strong environmental credentials and would
be home to the organisation for many years. ISIS partnered with the
sustainability consultant to determine and document the
environmental impact of each fitout component in accordance with
Green Building Council of Australia guidelines.
Fast delivery through total team approach
ISIS had eight weeks in which to deliver a high prestige
project, with the timeline crossing the Christmas and New Year
holiday period. The solution was a total team approach, ensuring
that all stakeholders were fully aware of their obligations. We
executed the entire fitout with double shifts, with sourcing,
delivery, quality assurance and contractors closely managed. The
result was a healthy, low-stress working environment for Sunsuper
staff. As a result, ISIS was invited to work on stage two, a
separate 5000sqm project.
