Facade a key feature for a successful fitout
RMIT refurbished levels three and four to create contemporary
office space for the administration of RMIT’s international student
body. The university wanted to extend the building to a fifth level
to provide high end conference facilities as well as a gallery
space which formed a link to the existing facilities in the
neighbouring building, Storey Hall.
ISIS needed to meet several of RMIT’s concerns for the duration of
the project including the continuation of business for occupied
space below works, a high quality finish, manufacture, delivery and
installation of the penrose façade and the fact that the CBD
location required multiple street closures.
