Transporting future concepts to an outdated environment
Understanding the impact a fitout can have on public perceptions
and staff morale, the Public Transport Authority (WA) decided to
transform its outdated office. A bold and innovative design
dispelled preconceptions of a “boring” work environment and
improved overall staff morale. The fitout also allowed the PTA to
minimise energy consumption and improve the building’s energy
efficiency. The result was a successful, fashionable fitout
presented as a showcase for office fitout within the Public
Transport Authority.
