The flagship project for the State Government, Optima was the
building where all of the Government departments were to be moved
out of the city centre to reduce annual rental costs. Optima needed
to be a 5 Star Green Star fitout over 6 storeys for the Government
to maintain its reputation for being an industry leader in
sustainability.
ISIS used our extensive Green Star experience and resources to
deliver a sustainable project in line with Government standards.
ISIS also had to meet the challenging programme, as the client had
specific move dates that had to be met. Through extra working
hours, increased communicated and strict planning, ISIS was able to
meet the client’s deadline and deliver a successful project.
