Upgrade and relocation beat the odds
When a major union and its affiliated superannuation fund needed
to relocate they turned to ISIS. Intensive planning and close
co-operation with client and architect delivered the central design
feature - a unique series of suspended plywood ceiling
“petals”. ISIS used its experience with the Green Star code to
deliver a solution that could perform above specification and
within budget, achieving a 90.6 percent recycling rate for waste,
10.6 percent above the planned target.
