Wealth manager capitalises on space
In 2010, the Perth office of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney
commissioned an expansion of floor space and upgrade of overall
aesthetics to reflect the business values of tradition, innovation
and understated success. A major challenge of this project was that
works would be carried out in a fully functional office. The nature
of international trading across multiple time zones, required ISIS
to complete the project in 5 stages with significant after hours
work.
