Financial trading continues throughout high end project
After acquiring the 42 storey Chifley Tower building, global
financial services company Morgan Stanley required offices within
the building that were appropriate for a major financial services
organisation. Morgan Stanley also needed to continue all operations
throughout the project. The solution was a carefully staged program
with constant client communication. ISIS worked with Morgan Stanley
in Sydney and Hong Kong to coordinate all activities, especially
those that affected business functions such as data, audio visual
capability and security.
Value engineering delivers significant savings
The design specified finishes of the highest quality, in
materials such as timber veneers and marble, while a feature
staircase represented significant expenditure. ISIS undertook an
extensive program of value engineering, with items such as the
stairwell and boardroom details delivered well below original cost,
while providing a similar aesthetic effect. In order to meet a
demanding program with minimum disruption, the ISIS team carried
out 18 weeks of double shifts to complete this project on time.
