Fast fitout leads to project success
ISIS was engaged to complete the
Medicare office fitout whilst undertaking the base build upgrade.
The goal of the base build upgrade was to ensure that the building
was upgraded to 4.5 NABERS accreditation so that it could be leased
to a Government client. ISIS also had to deliver the fitout to
Medicare quickly so that they could move in as soon as
possible.
To deliver a successful fitout, ISIS had
to meet several client needs, including building to specifications
of a 4.5 NABERS rating to attract a Government client. High quality
and time constraints were also vital to the project, as Medicare
needed to have a high quality project delivered in a short period
of time.
Finally, the surrounding retail
tenancies meant that ISIS needed to minimise disruption during
construction. The fitout was delivered on time to allow for
Medicare to move in early.
