LJ Hooker needed a refreshed office space as a result of their
recent expansion into commercial property, in addition to
residential property management. Due to our positive reputation,
ISIS were engaged with the client early on in the project and
negotiated on a single select basis.
In order to deliver a successful project, ISIS had to ensure a
seamless transition between the old and new tenancies on a
specified date. It was also critical that the budget was met, the
LJ Hooker brand was incorporated in the fitout, and a strong
relationship was formed and maintained with the client through open
and consistent communication.
