A green, quality fitout
Kellogg Brown & Root, a leading global engineering,
construction and services company, required a $5 million three
floor fitout for its new corporate headquarters in 14 weeks. It was
important that the fitout complied with the building’s 4 Star Green
Star credentials. As an experienced Green Star builder with a
dedicated environmental team, ISIS was able to manage this process
efficiently.
An accelerated program
During the fitout, the client requested an additional $1 million
worth of works including boardrooms with video conferencing
capability. ISIS accelerated the program by hiring extra workers
and organising a six day roster. The result was a timely delivery
and high quality finish that the client was happy with. The project
is currently registered for Green Star rating.
