Inside opportunity showcases our capabilities
The relocation of our offices in Perth provided an opportunity
to demonstrate our commitment to our people. As a founding member
of the Green Building Council of Australia, ISIS also fulfilled our
responsibility to embrace sustainable principles in our own
fitout.
The new office aimed to provide a physical great place to work
in line with our other Australian newly refurbished office spaces
and aimed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating.
The key project deliverables were a fast tracked project
delivery due to the existing lease running out, as well as
sustainable inclusions with extensive recycling and use of low
emission products and materials.
The ISIS Perth fitout incorporates an open plan office with
impressive pyramid shaped meeting rooms, a central café with a
breakout area and bi-folding doors opening onto the exterior decked
balconies, as well as a change room and shower facilities to
encourage health living.
The Green Star targeted fitout has been applauded by employees,
who enjoy a bright, healthy and relaxed work environment with
improved morale and health benefits as a result. ISIS WA staff can
now live the company values on a daily basis and share the success
of our workplace with prospective clients in the local
market.
