A seamless transition for city council
The Gold Coast City Council wanted existing council chambers
converted into office space, and fire systems upgraded in line with
current code requirements. The fitout and refurbishment of two
administration buildings needed to be completed without disrupting
council business. Gold Coast City Council wanted a managing
contractor who could manage the fitout across two sites within a
specified timeframe.
No impact on council business
Minimising the impact on council business required careful
planning on ISIS’ part, including the development of more than 25
staging plans. ISIS appointed a project management team for each of
the two sites, one at Nerang and another at Bundall 20kms away. The
client was impressed with ISIS’s smooth delivery and attention to
detail and the project was handed over with no defects.
