National project with local attention
With national responsibility for FaHCSIA’s refurbishment, ISIS
was engaged to collaborate at design stage, manage project
resources centrally and control quality remotely. Central to the
project objectives was an ability to maintain brand coherence
without stifling the individual characteristics of each specific
site. ISIS collaborated with the FaHCSIA team located in Broome,
WA, to ensure the particular requirements for this refurbishment
were adhered to with minimal disruption to local staff.
