A contemporary upgrade
Clarke & Kann Lawyers, one of Brisbane’s leading commercial
law firms, wanted a contemporary fitout that would not offend its
conservative clients. The aim was to provide a multi-function foyer
space with boardroom facilities that could also cater for
entertainment. The client needed a principal contractor who could
deliver a high quality fitout on a modest budget, without
disrupting business.
High quality on a budget
The sandstone reception area incorporated distinctive timber
panelled sliding walls and complex joinery. ISIS worked closely
with the architect throughout the shop drawing phase to ensure
everything was up to standard. We also implemented value
engineering intiatives to keep costs down. The client was delighted
with the finished result which was featured in an architecture
magazine.
