Ten weeks to house 600 staff plus major communications
facilty
The Child Support Agency (CSA) in Brisbane was committed to a
lease of six floors in the new Green Star-rated 400 George Street
building, Brisbane. With a non-negotiable move date, ISIS had ten
weeks to fitout 8,622m2 of offices for around 600 staff. The CSA
needed a modern sustainable workplace with a leading edge national
communications facility. Green requirements added to the complexity
of the job.
Client trust leads to early completion
With ten weeks to complete a six-floor fitout, there was no
margin for error. ISIS adopted a detailed planning process and
hand-picked the project team. We then identified and selected
contractors who would deliver high quality work, reducing time for
defect rectification. Discipline, collaboration and flexibility
were vital. The CSA project included a significant number of
variations. With a high level of client trust, ISIS was able to
deliver the entire project ahead of schedule.
