The client wanted to upgrade the basement services to better
utilise the space in line with the overall plan to upgrade the
building, which was planned for a major tenant exiting the building
and relocating within the next twelve months.
Works took place within two separate buildings, one of which was
Heritage listed. In addition to preserving the heritage nature of
the building, ISIS was charged with limiting the downtime of the
existing services which had to be demolished and rebuilt.
