High-end refurbishment on the money for global investor
Following a decision to relocate to Chifley Tower, leading
global investment company Alliance Bernstein required a total
refurbishment of two floors, with the inclusion of an executive
meeting floor with supporting reception and kitchen facilities on
level 37. An internal staircase would connect this floor to level
36. Two computer rooms and video conferencing facilities added a
technical aspect to the project.
As Construction Manager of the project, ISIS refurbished the
property to the high standards required in a dedicated executive
facility. Our team also installed complex technical features
including a main computer room on level 37, fully equipped with
UPS, stand alone air-conditioning, pre-action fire services, MASD,
smoke detection and international monitoring capability. We also
constructed a feature staircase, connecting levels 36 and 37. This
required concrete slab penetration, structural steel installation,
integration of joinery and balustrade, and high quality
finishes.
