Award winning offices in nine weeks
AGL Energy, Australia’s largest retailer of electricity and gas,
required a comprehensive fitout of their new, North Sydney offices.
The design called for detailed timber finishes and veneers, audio
visual conferencing and communications facilities and installation
of services including electrical and fire. Operating as Head
Contractor, ISIS was able to deliver a high quality corporate
property with diverse technical aspect. The AGL project has since
received a number of awards.
Efficiency the key
Given the timeframe of this project, efficient organisation,
programming and management of contractors were extremely important.
With around 100 men working on site during the busiest period, ISIS
completed the entire project on schedule. Potentially time
consuming errors were identified and rectified quickly through
frequent quality assurance inspections. Technical features, which
also included C Bus, VESDA and switch sensors, were efficiently
installed due to careful selection and management of
contractors.
