A timely fitout delivers top results
The Australian Football League Northern Territory (AFL NT)
wanted its headquarters at TIO Stadium, Darwin refurbished. The
works involved the fitout of offices, viewing rooms and the
reception area. The timeline was critical because the client wanted
the fitout completed before the first major AFL match of the
season. The project was handed over a week ahead of schedule.
A strict budget
ISIS completed extensive preliminary work on the design to
ensure the fitout could be completed within the client’s budget. We
implemented value engineering initiatives. For example, high end
features in the back offices were changed. Viewing rooms and
meeting rooms featured floor to ceiling glass. But in the offices
we were able to use plasterboard partitions with glazing which
substantially reduced costs.
