Marriott Resort and Spa

Business continuity brings successful upgrade

The Marriott Resort and Spa required a complete upgrade to all areas of the hotel, including 25 floors consisting of 312 rooms, as well as the public areas which comprised 4000m2.

ISIS was engaged to undertake the hotel refurbishment project for EHP Group, who recently took over the Marriott Resort and Spa. EHP Group wanted to refresh the iconic Surfer’s Paradise hotel to maintain and enhance their market share and rejuvenate their brand.

EHP Group were primarily focused on minimal interruption to hotel operations during the project, as well as a strict budget and a tight completion date to meet a scheduled event calendar within the common areas of the hotel.
ISIS was able to meet the client’s challenges, resulting in a successful project on time and on budget with minimal disruption to the hotel’s guests.
