offers unparalleled luxury and 5-star service. Operators, Colonial
First State Global Asset Management were keen to maintain this
accolade when they engaged ISIS to deliver a refurbishment that
would establish the hotel firmly at the top end of luxury
rankings.
The project consisted of the refurbishment of 184 rooms in a
live environment. ISIS focused on minimising disruption and speed
to delivery to ensure that the hotel did not suffer impacted
revenue.
