A complex project delivered to the highest quality
standards
RMIT Property planned to transform a dilapidated floor of its
science building into a contemporary teaching laboratory with
capacity for 180 students. The fitout had many technical aspects
including a commercial grade kitchen, a sterilisation room, fume
cupboards and a blast freezer. The project required collaboration
with other contractors and RMIT wanted the fitout completed within
a critical time period.
A modern teaching laboratory
The client wanted an 1100 square metre laboratory with natural
light, exposed ceiling services and vinyl floor coverings.
Extensive plastering work was carried out to repair the old
ceilings and make them look presentable. The client was very happy
with the quality of the fitout and has since hired ISIS for other
projects, including the Penrose Feature Façade on the corner of
Latrobe Street.
Testimonial
“I wish to extend my sincere thanks to ISIS in delivering this outcome. The works are of a good standard with inherently minimal defects for a project of this size and complexity.”
