The ISIS Victoria team last week hosted a hospitality industry
thought leadership boardroom lunch at our Melbourne office, where
select building owners, architects and project managers were
invited to discuss and debate 'key market factors impacting the
refurbishment cycle'.
Hospitality industry leaders were engaged around a tight agenda
with the following key areas discussed and debated:
- State of Play - Market Overview; what’s impacting; what’s
different and what do we need to consider (both national and
state)?
- Key Market Factors 1 - Melbourne Market: What’s needed? –
Points of Difference; Designing and Delivering to Tight Budgets and
Programs; The Packed Victorian Event Calendar etc
- Key Market Factors 2 – Innovation: In Design Concepts;
Construction Options and Collaboration Models
Attendee feedback from the event was highly complementary.
