ISIS Projects is committed to leading the industry in consistent and personalised client service. To this end, we have made a major investment in the development of a unique Client Satisfaction Model.

The model was created in conjunction with the Deakin Management Centre at Deakin University and enables ISIS to identify key client values for each project, and then align ISIS capabilities and expertise to meet these project specific needs.

Supporting the model are a range of specialised management tools which assist all personnel in delivering a defined standard of service that aligns directly and specifically with each client’s expectations and values.

The result is a customised client service solution on a project by project basis.
