Manager, South Australia - Alex Cook
Alex joined ISIS in late 2004 as Manager of our South Australia operation. He brings with him 25 years of industry experience in both the Australian and overseas markets. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the entire fit out and construction process, having worked as a site manager, project manager and construction manager. His rich and diverse professional experience combined with his commitment to client satisfaction anchors our service delivery in South Australia.

Manager, New South Wales - Joe Fusca
Joe began his career with ISIS in 1994 as a site manager, a position he held for five years before taking on the position of project manager. During his time in this role he was directly involved in three separate projects that received MBA awards for excellence in construction. These achievements are testimony to Joe's management style, characterised by excellent people skills, attention to detail and commitment to client service.

He holds an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer trade qualification and a Master of Management degree from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Manager, Queensland - John Healy
John began his career with ISIS in 2001 as a project manager and was appointed State Manager in 2005. He graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Diploma in Building Studies, London.His broad experience provides a strong spectrum across the disciplines of design, construction and facility management.

Manager, Australian Capital Territory –Mark Mikolajczak
Mark Mikolajczak has been with ISIS for over 12 years. Throughout his professional career Mark has worked on construction projects across the public and private sectors in Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane. Since 1995 he has progressed from a cadet role to project manager and senior project manager roles. His commitment, professionalism and enthusiasm has led him to his current role as State Manager of the ACT region, to which he was formally appointed in January 2007.

In 2005 Mark received an MBA award for Excellence in Building – Best Fitout/Refurbishment Project valued over $3.0M – for the Theo Notaras Multicultural Centre in Canberra.

Mark graduated with a bachelor of Construction Management and Economics from the University of Canberra.

Manager, Western Australia – Richard Pawle
Richard joined ISIS in 2005 as Manager of the West Australian operation. He has over 20 years of industry experience, working in roles including Business Development Manager, Business Unit Manager, Project Manager and is a member of the Australian Institute of Builders.

Richard has delivered projects to a broad customer base, across a wide range of sectors including blue chip commercial clients and Commonwealth and Local Government Departments and is dedicated to ensuring complete customer satisfaction in line with the ISIS Client Service model.

Manager, Victoria - Andrew Henderson
The talented ISIS Victoria team is headed by Manager, Andrew Henderson.

Andrew became a part of ISIS in 1998 as a Site Manager. Over the past ten years, Andrew has been an integral member of the team at ISIS. He has developed his skills in all facets of site, project and operations construction management.

His appointment to head the ISIS Victoria State Office is a testimony to his dedication, experience and commitment to ISIS.

Manager, National Projects - John Wojcicka
John Wojcicka trained and worked as an architect before becoming a successful Project Manager for ISIS, an invaluable asset given the high level of complexity and detail in much of the work we do.

His strong skills in design and documentation complement his site supervision and project management experience, giving ISIS an executive who is fluent across the whole range of tasks involved. His energy and commitment is also much respected and was rewarded in 1998 by his promotion to Manager of our operations in the ACT.

John holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Design and a Bachelor of Architecture, and is an Associate Member of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects.
