Scope of Works
Fitout of 2,000 square metres of an unoccupied office space at 363 George St, Sydney. The scope of works included partitions, floor and ceiling finishes, detailed veneered joinery, the installation of a large data centre with UPS and supplementary air conditioning systems, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and fire services. Other works included amenities, automated security, an executive reception area and the installation of a new staircase.
