ISIS benefits

  • Staff equity and profit sharing

    We want our people to take an active role in the performance of the business. So, if you are with ISIS for more than 12 months, we encourage you to take full advantage of our innovative employee share scheme. For each financial year, we calculate our profit before tax and a percentage is shared amongst all of our people.

    We like ISIS people to think and act like owners and share in the performance they deliver. Currently, our people own around 20% of the company.

  • Saving Assistance

    We know how HECS can be a headache, but if you’re with ISIS for more than a year and you earn under $85,000, we’ll match your HECS contributions over the statutory requirements to the value of $2,000 a year.

    This also relates to any self funded training and development.

  • Super and Salary Sacrifice

    At ISIS, we encourage our staff to plan for a financially secure career. For employees earning up to $85,000, we will match any salary sacrifice you make into superannuation to a maximum of $2,000 per year.

    ISIS also retains an independently owned financial adviser, ANU Wealth Services, to ensure our people get the most out of their ISIS benefits.

  • Life insurance

    All members of our employee super scheme receive life insurance coverage as part of their membership. ISIS covers this cost.

  • Salary continuance

    In the event of sickness or accident, you are covered for 75% of your remuneration package plus the 9% superannuation guarantee. This cover applies 24 hours per day, seven days per week and you are covered from your first day at ISIS and runs until age 65. Again, ISIS covers this cost.

  • Parental leave

    If you’ve been with ISIS for more than 12 months, you are eligible to enjoy generous paid parental leave in addition to your statutory entitlements. Yes, that applies to new mums and new dads.

  • Work-Life balance

    At ISIS we recognise that our people work hard and we are committed to providing flexible working arrangements which enable employees to maintain a healthy and happy balance between work and life.

    How do we do this? Work-Life Balance is individual. It means something different to everyone and for that reason we offer an approach that is flexible. Everyone at ISIS has one paid day leave per month (over and above annual leave entitlements) that can be used as you please. The program is designed to assist our people in balancing their work and life.
