How do we do this? Work-Life Balance is individual. It means
something different to everyone and for that reason we offer an
approach that is flexible. Everyone at ISIS has one paid day leave
per month (over and above annual leave entitlements) that can be
used as you please. The program is designed to assist our people in
balancing their work and life.
