Your interview will either be with a member of the recruitment
team, the hiring manager or a member of the management team. We
conduct interviews via tele-conference, video conference or face to
face.
Interviews are an opportunity for us to get to know you and
likewise for you to get to know ISIS. For us it is equally
important that you like us and want to work for us.
Interviews are based around behavioural interview questions
which encourage you to give examples or talk about situations you
have dealt with in the past.
