ISIS is a great place to work, but you don’t have to take our word for it! Sometimes the best way to get a real feel for a company is to listen to what its employees have to say. Here are a few testimonials from people in the know.

Name: Lauren Nielsen I started as a secretary/ accounts/ receptionist before moving into my current role as Accounts Administrator. When I started everyone was really friendly and the job I applied for really suited me at the time. The great thing about working here is definitely the team and the supportive environment. There are also lots of courses to do through the business school. We work hard but we also play hard. Also the conferences are pretty unique, and it's great to be able to meet everyone you work with throughout the country. I also find the way people strive for quality within the company quite inspiring. Plus, if you work hard, you get rewarded, which makes everything worthwhile.

Name: Catherine Graham Originally, I started as a secretary in 2004. I left in 2005 thinking the grass was greener on the other side. I rejoined ISIS in 2006 as I knew the company and how great its systems, training and culture were. The great thing about working here is the family atmosphere, and the approach-anyone-about-anything attitude. Senior management are also on the ground, training staff and are very approachable.

Name: Richard Wykes I started out as a Building Cadet with ISIS Projects and now I’m a Development Coordinator. I chose ISIS because the company operates in a targeted market, plus the company's corporate ethics and morals appealed to me. In addition, ISIS was able to provide the necessary training for me to complete my degree. The people here make it enjoyable and the roles and responsibilities available to each employee are plentiful. I haven't worked for another building company so it’s hard to compare. However, I believe ISIS is unique when it comes to providing a national, consistent service for clients in our niche market. ISIS as a workplace is a lot like a lifestyle choice; we work hard and play hard!

Name: Cora Simpson
I was starting an accounting course so I wanted a part-time admin job that would be flexible, and ISIS was ideal. I started as part-time Receptionist and now I work for ISIS Hotels as the Office ISIS has such a great work environment and all the staff are so friendly. Working at ISIS is fantastic! It’s always a fun and busy atmosphere. It’s a place where you can develop in your career and as a person. ISIS has a great social element, too, where you really feel part of a team, it provides great training and support and, because it is such a successful, growing company, it has opportunities coming up all the time.

Name: Paul J Saab I wanted to gain experience with a reputable company, and ISIS was prepared to take on a mature-aged trainee. The advertisement was straightforward and informed me of all I needed to know. What’s great about working here is the team. I would have to say the people here make for an enjoyable career, and the culture encourages a safe environment where you can easily ask for help. I have learnt so much and feel good about myself. ISIS is a great place and you feel that you really are contributing to the growth of the company. You are treated as an important individual.

Name: James Raphael ISIS is a similar company to where I worked in the UK. They are also a progressive thinking company with good ideas. That’s why I joined. I love the relaxed attitude, and everyone is part of one big team that works together to provide a very good service to our clients. What interested candidates should know is that we work hard and play hard, and you are treated well. The training (if required) is good and the out-of-hours activities are great. |
