Staff equity and profit share
ISIS people take personal responsibility for business performance. So, if you're with us for more than 12 months, we encourage you to take full advantage of our innovative employee share plans. A percentage of net profit before tax is set aside annualy and all employees receive shares and a salary bonus from the pool. After a few years, top performers are also invited to purchase additional company shares at a discounted rate. We like our people to think and act like owners and share in the performance they deliver. Currently staff own around 20% of the company.

Superannuation
Super Support & Salary Sacrifice scheme – We encourage our staff to plan for a financially secure future. For employees earning up to $75,000, the company will match any salary sacrifice you make to super to a maximum of $2,000 each year. ISIS has also retained an independently owned financial adviser, Principal Edge Financial Services, to ensure you get the most out of the employee benefits provided by ISIS.

Life insurance
Members of our employer super scheme receive life insurance coverage as part of their membership. The amount you are covered for is calculated using a formula “15% x Salary x Years and Months to Age 65". ISIS covers the cost.

Salary continuance
Members of our employer super scheme receive salary continuance in the event of sickness or accident. You are covered 24/ 7 for 75% of your remuneration package + the 9% superannuation guarantee. Remarkably this cover kicks in after just 30 days and runs until age 65.  Benefits are also payable at an inflation indexed rate. ISIS covers the cost.

Parental Leave
If you have been with ISIS for more than 12 months enjoy up to 6 weeks paid parental leave in addition to your statutory entitlements
