Phil Anderson
Chairman and Non Executive Director
Phil has extensive business experience in the property industry with the last 15 years at Lend Lease with roles as Finance Director of the Property Group, and most recently as Chief Executive of Lend Lease Development. He is also a Director of Espreon Ltd and Hastie Group Ltd. He is a CPA, FCIS and a MAICD.
Michael Barnes
Chief Executive Officer
Michael commenced work with the company in 1990, rising steadily from Project Manager to Manager of the ACT State Office to General Manager and now Managing Director. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has well over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Michael is also a founding director of the Green Building Council of Australia.
Richard Clarke
Non Executive Director
Richard spent most of his professional career as a senior executive in Lend Lease Corporation. He now runs his own consulting business providing high level strategic input into property and land development projects. Richard has extensive experience in Australia, Asia and the USA focusing on project management, property development, funds management, general management, financial analysis and property management of real estate developments.
Rupert Harrington
Non Executive Director
Rupert has worked in the private equity industry for 18 years, following 8 years of general management at both corporate and operational levels. He has been a director of more than 20 private equity funded businesses and holds a Bachelor of Technology and a Masters of Business Management from Bradford University (UK) and a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Manchester University (UK).
Gerard McMahon
Chief Operating Officer
Gerard is one of the ISIS founders and was formerly the Financial Director. He has a Diploma in Accounting and is a Registererd Building Practitioner in Victoria. Apart from his ongoing work at ISIS he is also a Non-Executive Director of several other companies including property advisory group Herron Todd White.
Alastair Robertson
Chief Financial Officer
Alastair is a Chartered Accountant and has served in key financial roles for a range of public companies as well as operating his own practice before joining ISIS. As the Financial Director he is responsible for the crucial strategic task of keeping financial and general management in accordance with the group's business plan.
Jim Sloman
Non Executive Director
Jim is a Civil Engineer with over 23 years in project and business management with Lend Lease and was, for 4 years, Chief Operating Officer for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Since then his consultancy group MI Associates has provided event and property advice to a number of clients both in Australia and overseas.
