ISIS works to make a Green Star fitout a ‘hassle free’
experience for all parties, especially the tenant. We do this by
leveraging off our experience in Green Star – over $175m of
completed fitouts. This equates to a third of all Office Interiors
Green Star fitouts around Australia.
ISIS understands the different rating tools and effectively
manages the subcontractors to ensure that correct documentation is
correctly supplied to the Green Building Council Assessors. We also
work in partnership with all stakeholders in a Green Star fitout
(tenant, building owner, architect, services, and subcontractors)
as collaboration is essential for a successful Green Star
project
