Business Development Manager

A graduate of Building from the University of NSW, Marc started his career in the construction industry as a labourer in his teenage years which progressed into a cadetship immediately after leaving school. Since graduation he progressed through every position under the Project Manager career lineage, working on second tier construction and large scale civil engineering projects.

In 2002, Marc was promoted to the head of Marketing and Business Development for a well known Building Contractor in Sydney taking the responsibility for the front end initiation and delivery of the business plan, as well as ensuring the company’s new methods of procurement were continuously explored. During his eight years in this role, he oversaw a bid volume of nearly $3 billion across four business units, including construction, interior fitout, refurbishment and asset solutions. Marc joined ISIS in mid 2010 to take on a similar role for their NSW business.
