Business Development Manager

A graduate of Building (Quantity Surveying) from the NSW Institute of Technology NSW, Ross started his career in the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor and progressed into a cadetship immediately after leaving school. Since graduating he progressed through every position under the Project Manager career lineage, working with tier one construction companies in varying positions on large scale commercial, retail, interiors and refurbishment and infrastructure projects.

In 2007, Ross was promoted to General Manager for a well known building contractor in Canberra.  His responsibilities included leading and developing strategic business plans, ensuring the region's performance met or exceeded the business drivers and ensuring the company’s methods and procedures were implemented at the highest level. During the last four years in this role, he was  responsible for delivering construction and interior fitout, refurbishment and asset solutions for some of Canberra’s most prestigious commercial buildings.  Ross joined ISIS as a Business Development Manager and a senior team support for the ACT business.
