Richard spent most of his professional career as a senior executive with Lend Lease Corporation. He now runs his own consulting business providing high-level strategic input into property and land development projects. Richard has extensive experience in Australia, Asia and the USA focusing on project management, property development, funds management, general management, financial analysis and property management of real estate developments.
