Michael Barnes,
Executive Director

Michael commenced work with the company in 1990, rising steadily from Project Manager to Manager of the ACT State Office to General Manager and is now Chief Executive Officer of ISIS Group Holdings. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has well over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Michael is also a founding director of the Green Building Council of Australia.

Richard Clarke,
Chairman and Non Executive Director

Richard spent most of his professional career as a senior executive in Lend Lease Corporation. He now runs his own consulting business providing high level strategic input into property and land development projects. Richard has extensive experience in Australia, Asia and the USA focusing on project management, property development, funds management, general management, financial analysis and property management of real estate developments.

Darryl Drayton,
Non Executive Director

Darryl is one of the ISIS founders. Formerly the NSW State Manager of ISIS Projects and has served as a Director of most of the ISIS Group companies. Has extensive experience in the fitout industry and held senior positions with Civil and Civic and Lend Lease Corporation before joining ISIS.

Rupert Harrington,
Non Executive Director

Rupert has worked in the private equity industry for 18 years, following 8 years in senior management at both corporate and operational levels. He has been a director of more than 20 private equity funded businesses and is the Joint Managing Director of Advent Private Capital.

Jarod Mason,
Managing Director – ISIS Retail Projects

Jarod began his career with ISIS in 1994. He has held senior positions in both project delivery and estimating roles with the ISIS Victorian state office. Jarod has a proven track record of dedication and commitment to superior customer service and outcomes.

Alastair Robertson,
Executive Director

Alastair is a chartered accountant and has served in key financial roles for a range of public companies as well as operating his own practice before joining ISIS.
