Michael Barnes,
Executive Director

Michael commenced work with the company in 1990, rising steadily from Project Manager to Manager of the ACT State Office to General Manager and is now Chief Executive Officer of ISIS Group Holdings. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has well over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Michael is also a founding director of the Green Building Council of Australia.


Steve McDonald,
Executive Director

Steve is one of the ISIS founders. He has extensive experience across a number of ISIS state operations and subsidiary businesses. Over the past 15 years Steve has been ISIS State Manager in NSW, Queensland and Western Australia and a Director of a number of ISIS Group companies.


Gerard McMahon,
Executive Director

Gerard is one of the ISIS founders. Formerly the Financial Director, he is now our Chief Operating Officer and responsible for corporate communications and the company’s employee equity programs. He also consults to a number of companies in the property industry.


Brett Patterson,
Managing Director

Brett began his career with ISIS in 1992 as a Project Manager and in 2000 was appointed as General Manager of ISIS Hotel Projects. He graduated with a Bachelor of Building Construction Management from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.


Alastair Robertson,
Executive Director

Alastair is a chartered accountant and has served in key financial roles for a range of public companies as well as operating his own practice before joining ISIS.


Jim Sloman,
Non Executive Director

Jim is a Civil Engineer with over 23 years in project and business management with Lend Lease and was, for 4 years, Chief Operating Officer for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Since then his consultancy group MI Associates has provided event and property advice to a number of customers both in Australia and overseas.


Peter Cribb,
Chairman and Non Executive Director

Peter was employed by Westpac for over 30 years and served in Australia and the United States in Corporate and International Banking including  seven years in the role of National Manager Tourism and Hotels.

He then joined Commonwealth Property (now Colonial First State) and was instrumental in establishing their first Hotel Investment Portfolio.  This comprised three major capital city properties and a resort. He has extensive experience in Hotel acquisitions, finance and operations.
