To continue leadership thinking, we regularly add to what we know by engaging our people and external consultants to find out what’s new and what works. As well as what worked in the past.

Our corporate governance is another way that ISIS protects its knowledge. Our processes and policies give us clear pathways for working with stakeholders and ensuring that we can bring our internal intelligence to work as successfully as possible.

ISIS is also in the unique position of having an independently controlled Board of Directors and this additional invaluable knowledge bank is transferred across the group.
